Sunwest Charters

Sunwest Charters has been in the transportation industry since 1996. In addition to Sunwest Transportation Systems, Inc. owns Sunset Charter Service and Sunwest Charters, Inc.

We have been the official shuttle carrier for the Sun Bowl  since 2004 and the contract provider for the Miner Metro Shuttle Service for the University of Texas at El Paso since 2003. Sunwest also provides a Park and Ride for the employees of EchoStar Satellite Corporation El Paso Center. 

Other contracts which we have managed include the Long Term Parking for the El Paso International Airport, Ethicon Endo-Surgery Plants Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico empolyees airport transportation and the contract provider for the El Paso County Rural Transit System from 1996 to 1999. Sunwest also provided transportation services for the productions of Glory Road and Day After Tomorrow El Paso locations.

 Sunwest Charters  provides local and nationwide charter service to both federal and state agencies, schools, corporate, churches and private organizations. Sunwest Charters can also organize and customize your trips or tours to any point in the continental U.S. for 25 or more passengers in your group.

Sunwest  provides contract services for Corprations and Manufacturing Facilities for personnel shuttle and passenger transportation services.

 Sunwest also provides Handicap/Wheelchair transportation within El Paso County and Southern New Mexico. We also provide airport shuttle service in the El Paso/Las Cruces/Alamogordo area.

Sunwest Charters is a tour and charter operator, known for its quality of service and equipment. Sunwest Charters is managed by Tony Labrado, Jr.,Operations Manager. Julie Dominguez as General Manager.

Some of our most important assets are our drivers. In our organization, We have many drivers who have been with us for over 10 years, and their accumulated experience is vast. Not only have they seen almost anything a motorcoach operator can see, but they know how to assist people in all sorts of situations. They are instrumental in delivering the high quality service we pride ourselves in offering.

We have made a large investment in maintaining and servicing our equipment. We do our own maintenance in two large, fully equipped shops in El Paso, Texas at 1317 W. Main off I-10 and Profidio Diaz near UTEP and  6621 Doniphan Dr. in Canutillo, Texas. Staffed with excellent mechanics. Equipment is overhauled regularly. Sunwest can also service your coach while just passing through or a layover in El Paso, Texas.

A copy of our insurance can be provided upon request. We carry substantial liability insurance for your protection, and can furnish "additional insured" endorsements quickly when needed.
